UHT, or “Ultra High Temperature,” is a common process of pasteurization where milk is heated over 280°F for 2 seconds and then packaged under sterile conditions. Due to this process, followed by sterile packaging, no added preservatives are needed. UHT pasteurization is often associated with packaged milk that is shelf stable at room temperature (before opening).
No, there are no artificial sweeteners in our products. We use sucrose (table sugar) and stevia.

Yes, all our products are certified Kosher.
Our milk is non-GMO. However, we can’t guarantee that the cows from which we get our milk were not given GMO feed, such as corn or soy.
Our Yogurt Smoothies and Blended Yogurt are both made with low-fat milk. Our Thrive Smoothies are made with skim milk and our Delights are made with whole milk.
Yes, all our milk products are rBST Free. However, FDA has not identified any significant difference between milk derived from cows not treated versus treated with rBST.
Yes, our products are all made using Grade A Milk.
